Sea freight: MSC introduces a fuel surcharge
From 10 August, MSC has been applying an emergency fuel surcharge on selected short-sea routes between northern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Black Sea. At the same time, ferry carriers are updating their August fuel and ETS costs, while road traffic in Spain may make it more difficult to fulfil transport orders before the long weekend.
