The Trans.eu form is in English and has ten fields. Below you have each of them with a ready answer — fill the fields marked “enter exactly this” exactly as given, because correct authorisation depends on them.

Pick from the list. Do not choose “developer” or “own software” — the integration is carried out by CargoNice as an external system, and this choice decides the mode of cooperation with Trans.eu.

First and last name of a person from your company
The decision-maker or the person responsible for the Trans.eu account. Trans.eu confirms access by e-mail to that person, so do not enter CargoNice details.

The name of the account holder on the exchange, not CargoNice. It has to match the company assigned to the TransID.

The public address to which Trans.eu returns the code exchanged for a token. Paste it unchanged and without a trailing slash — a typo in this field blocks authorisation. If your deployment has its own domain, your account manager will give you the exact address.

Automating the work of a freight forwarder through AI agents: automatic publishing of loads from the TMS system on the Trans.eu exchange, refreshing offers and searching for freight for available vehicles. The integration is carried out by CargoNice.com Sp. z o.o. (certified Trans.eu partner) for the needs of our company as the end customer.
Trans.eu also asks for context: state which company the integration is being built for. That information is already in this template — you just need to paste the whole thing.

Freights — always. Monitoring and location — only if you want vehicle statuses.
Tick “Freights” if you publish loads or search for freight. Do not tick modules you do not use — every extra scope lengthens the verification on the Trans.eu side.
After you submit the form, Trans.eu usually replies within 2–5 working days. You will receive a Client ID and a Client Secret — pass them to your account manager at CargoNice, and never publish them in an e-mail to third parties or in the exchange messenger.
